Chemmino presented in the Start-up Division roadshow of the 2024 HKU International Techno-Entrepreneurship Challenge, held at the University of Hong Kong on 11 January 2025. The event brought together technology ventures for presentations, judge feedback and an awards programme.
Event materials listed Chemmino’s project as “Innovative UV-Vis-NIR spectral sensor for point-of-care testing for healthcare monitoring.” The project reflects the company’s focus on compact optical-sensing systems that bring measurement and analysis closer to the point of use.
Chemmino’s product direction combines a miniaturised sensing platform with biomarker-led analysis. As an LSCCB-incubated spin-off, the company is developing this research and engineering work into a practical platform for non-invasive health assessment.
